With over three years of professional experience in HR, she has developed a strong expertise in recruitment, training, and performance management. Currently, Adrija leads the human resource management efforts at Spriha Society, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, staff development, and performance optimization. Her passion for people management and her strategic approach to HR make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Anomitra is an Assistant Professor at GITAM Deemed University, specializing in English, Linguistics, and Cultural Studies. Anomitra's teaching covers English literature, New Media, and Interdisciplinary Studies. Anomitra's expertise includes literary studies, semantics, cultural studies, and sociolinguistics, with a focus on the Global South and Indian media. Anomitra also works as a freelance copy editor, content developer, teacher, and translator.

Tonisha, an Assistant Professor at IIT Jodhpur, Rajasthan, is trained in English Literary and Cultural Studies. She is interested in teaching doctoral, graduate, and undergraduate classes in English Literature and Language, including communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening), critical theory in literary and media studies, and interdisciplinary courses in the domains of Indian modernity, popular culture, and literary studies. Identity Studies, Space Studies, and Indian Modernity are some of her research interests
